ANCHOVY FILLETS & EXTRA VIRGEN OLIVE OIL "SEÑORIO DE JAIME ROSELL"

Ingredients:

4 bread slices
3 riped tomatoes
24 tinned- anchovy fillets
Salt
Rosemary sheets
And Extra Virgen Olive Oil "Señorio de Jaime Rosell".

Elaboration:

Toast the bread slices, wash and cut the tomatoes in slices, put the anchovy & tomatoes slices over the bread, add the Extra Virgen Olive Oil "Señorio de Jaime Rosell" and Rosemary sheets.

TOAST BREAD, IBERIC HAM, TOMATE & EXTRA VIRGEN OLIVE OIL "SEÑORIO DE JAIME ROSELL"



Ingredients:

Two toast bread slices.
Two Iberic Ham slices.
1 grating tomate.
And Extra Virgen Olive Oil "Señorio de Jaime Rosell".

Elaboration:

Toast the bread slices, wash and cut the tomatoes in slices, put the iberic ham & tomatoes slices over the bread, add the Extra Virgen Olive Oil "Señorio de Jaime Rosell".

"MURCIANA" SALAD


Ingredients for 4 people:

500 grs. Canned tomato
One fresh onion
100 grs. Codfish or 100 grs canned tuna fish.
A boiled egg.
Olives.
Salt.
And Extra Virgen Olive Oil "Señorio de Jaime Rosell".

Elaboration:

First: Cutting ingredients
Cut the tomatoes in little pieces. Cut the onion in small slices and mix. Crumble the fish (Codfish or tuna).

Second: Mixing ingredients and adding Extra Virgen Olive Oil "Señorio de Jaime Rosell".
Mix everything in a great serving dish and season with Extra Virgen Olive Oil "Señorio de Jaime Rosell" the way you like it.

Third: decorate the dish
Finally adorn the dish with the boiled egg slices and the olives.
